streak. (“we”, “us”) helps adults discover and complete real-world activities. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and app, and how we use it.

Who can see it

Other members can see your profile and what you post. Chat opens after a host approves a request to join. We share data with service providers that help us run streak. (for example hosting), and where the law requires it.

Our legal bases

Under UK data protection law we rely on providing the service you asked for, our legitimate interests in keeping streak. safe and working, your consent (for the launch list and location), and legal obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can leave the launch list at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. To use any of these rights, get in touch through our support page.

Age

streak. is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we will remove it.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.

By using the streak. website or app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use streak.

Who can use streak.

You must be 18 or over. Keep your account details accurate and your login secure.

Quests and meeting people

streak. connects people. We don’t run, supervise or insure quests or events, and we can’t check everyone who uses the app. Meet in public places, tell someone where you’re going, and trust your instincts. You take part at your own risk.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to host and show it so the service can work. Only post things you have the right to share.

How to behave

Reports and enforcement

You can report content or people. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Events and tickets

Events and tickets listed in streak. are provided by third parties, and their own terms apply.

Changes and availability

We may change or pause parts of streak., and may update these terms. Continuing to use streak. means you accept the updated terms.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses caused by other members, events or third parties.

Find a quest on the map or in the quests timeline and tap request to join. The host approves requests.

How do I report or block someone?

Use the report and block tools in the app. If something feels unsafe, leave the situation and contact local emergency services if needed.
